So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.

wow, that is a really enchanting picture.. i like how the picture feels very 'frosty' ... and the poem is a part of sonnet 18 by william shakespear, no? wonderful poem.

I love the really emotional and cold feeling this gives off ^^
Beautiful black and white contrast. Amazing capture, somehow thoughtful where you chose to stand. =]

Beautiful, The dance of the swans is amazing thing to watch. They are so gentle gliding on water, so peaceful, and you see them a couple, going towards each other, gently, to meet in the middle, exchange a hug and a kiss, wrapping their necks against each other. In the cold winter, in the absecnce of the emotions, the view of them is quite suprising. Ther remind me of a blid date, people destined to be together meeting for first time, slowly going towards each other, gently. The contrasts of the emotions portrayed is great, snow and white vs backness of the bare woods, emptiness of the snow, vs busy detail of the woods, the river as the divider, and two of them walking that line.

The black, grey and white tones make this picture all the more dramatic... two elegant creatures encountering eachother in a world full of ice... two people seeking love encountering eachother in a world full of pain and deceive... brilliant.

black and white photos hold so much emotion and power in them if a moment it truely captured. And you have captured a moment in pure beauty. Lovely job.

I would call it something like "the river" but wow, it is a very impressive winter scene. The duotone makes it look very cold. :fear: :)
